UK rock band Audiogene announce Greenbelt appearance will be their last.

BRITISH rock band Audiogene have announced they will be disbanding after almost three years. The band, who first attracted attention under the name Bottlerockit, released several recordings independently but failed to land a record company deal. The band's final performance will be on 27th August at the Greenbelt Festival. Said the band in an official statement, "We feel that last week's NME announcement of the Beta Band split has also described our situation perfectly. 'The Audiogene apple has over ripened and become riddled with maggots, it must fall from the tree and let its seeds return to the ground.'" CR
