New studio and live CD/DVD projects set for Ann Nesby.
THE CRITICALLY acclaimed former lead singer of Sounds Of Blackness, Ann Nesby has released a new album, 'In The Spirit'. The CD, on It's Time Child Records, features covers of such songs as Bill Withers' "Grandma's Hands" and Stevie Wonder's "Heaven Is 10 Zillion Miles Away". Another release planned for April in the US is the 'Best Of Ann Nesby Live', the singer's first live album and DVD. It was recorded in concert in Atlanta, Georgia in 2003 and features versions of such hits as "Shelter" and "I'm Still Wearing Your Name'. A bonus item is Ann singing a version of "A Song For You", recorded at the famed The House Of The Blues club in New Orleans.
