THE INTERNATIONAL release in June of the self-titled album by Tennessee rockers Disciple is, according to some pundits, likely to cause confusion because of the band's name. In the Encyclopedia Of Contemporary Christian Music by Mark Allan Powell, a Nashville-based band called Disciple is given coverage while mention is also made of a Pennsylvanian metal band xDisciplex. As well as this, the Urban Gospel Industry Awards due to be held in Inglewood, California in June/July have nominated new gospel rapper Disciple for his album 'Engraved 4-9-1-6'. CR
