Irish songsmith BRIAN HOUSTON took time out of his busy schedule to chat to Tamsin Jones.
Continued from page 1
Brian: It's all over the world and is filled with people who don't belong.
Tamsin: How did you enjoy your time with Noel Richards and Wayne Drain? Are we ever going to see the return of the Hudson Taylors?
Brian: I enjoyed it very much at the time and would do it again but the opportunity has not presented itself.
Tamsin: Do you ever get nervous before going on stage?
Brian: I frequently get nervous but to be honest I get far more nervous doing worship in my church than, say supporting Van Morrison. Those sheep can bite!
Tamsin: What's the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened to you on stage?
Brian: I went on with my coat tucked inside my jeans from a relief visit before the gig and didn't realise until I took it off and went to throw it away. and it hung down my legs onto the floor. I'd played for about 20 minutes like that.
Tamsin: What are your plans then for the future?
Brian: To live long and prosper.
