Tony: How does 'Me vs Myself' differ from your previous albums?

Fros't: You gotta take it to another level and that's what I try to do with this album. Most of the production was by KP who's done stuff for 2 Pac, 4th Avenue Jones and plenty of other people. There's plenty of guests on the album as well like Midget, A.C.E., Dr Chedder and my crew The Dogmatics.

Tony: What's the spiritual intention behind your music?

Fros't: I am an urban evangelist. If there wasn't no fruit I definitely wouldn't be doing this. I see a lot of talented artists working in Christian music who aren't about Kingdom business. But that's not where I'm at. I'm not preachy on the record but you really get the Gospel message.

Tony: What kind of gigs do you do?

Fros't: Every kind! Secular nightclubs, churches, prisons, schools.

Tony: What would you say is the standout track on 'Me vs Myself'?

Fros't: Well the first single from the joint is "Coming Home". We've already shot a video for that. It talks about my life on the road and the difficulty in leaving, I have a wife and two kids. The thing about ministry though is that you gotta follow God's plan. God's got a plan for my life and all I'm trying to do is follow it. CR
