The Londonderry rockers return with a new set of songs following up from their previous offering 'carve'. What a return it is! 'Waiting Games' powerfully displays that the band have resolutely gone up a gear building on the early promise. Thoughtful, well crafted songs are delivered in an assured and powerful way by [crave] trio Scott McKeown, Trevor Brimage and Dave Benson. Add to the mix a thumping anthemic soundtrack with tight percussion and gritty intense guitar licks and you can see why a lot of people in both the CCM and the wider music industry rave about [crave]. The production values on this recording are excellent, with maestro Trevor Michael again at the helm. The album is well structured and paced whizzing by without one weak song. Highlights include the pulsating title song which I am sure will become a crowd pleaser at live gigs and "Break" which slows things down just a bit with a searing and honest dialogue between the author and God. This album is destined to become a classic.

The Londonderry rockers' second studio album produced by Trevor Michael.

Irish rockers Crave return with their second album, an accomplished collection of full-on rock songs. Comparisons to the Foo Fighters are inevitable; the band revelling in a similar guitar-led sound, packed with breathless invention, anthemic melody and lyrical honesty. These are songs written out of lives of truth and integrity, never corny or preaching, but with an undercurrent of hope and a challenge to look heavenwards throughout life's highs and lows. Producer Trevor Michael, is clearly in his element, bringing to the mix a mainstream polish while losing nothing of its edge.

A truely captivating and inspiring album with so much work and effort been put into from beginning to end! Musically and lyrically amazing and heartfelt! Whats better is that what you get on cd is what you get live and better! Its only the tip of the iceberg with Crave!!! Keep it up lads!

CR Ignite article September 2006...

"Lead man Scott has always encouraged crowd participation during their live performances even more so now with the new and uplifting "Break", a potential [crave] classic. "Open my eyes to YOUUUHOAW!" "

and now...

"Highlights include the pulsating title song which I am sure will become a crowd pleaser at live gigs and "Break" which slows things down just a bit with a searing and honest dialogue between the author and God"

and yes, the title track waiting games is a hit live I can confirm that, actually no offence to Mr T Michael, but i'd say it sounds better live! Some stuff guys.

I agree with all the good reviews that everyone has mailed. I just think the band are great musicians. We were at the fantastic gig in the Burnavon in Cookstown when Crave played to a full house and they do sound great live, of course I'm biased, I'm Mum
