With a subhead 'Songs that feed the church, a message that feeds the world' this is a high profile release which seeks to showcase 14 songs from the vast depths of the Kingsway catalogue the company are hoping to elevate to become the next generation of songs like "The Servant King", "Be Still", "All Heaven Declares", ie, worldwide worship hits. Some of the songs here are already well on the way (eg, Townend's majestic hymn "In Christ Alone") while others like the plaintive "Oh To See The Dawn (The Power Of The Cross)" and the hard rocking "All Around The World (Become What You Believe)" deserve to be. It's only fairly recently that the Church has fully grasped what a powerful aid to evangelistic mission passionate, Spirit-led praise actually is and these 14 songs recorded live at Colorado Springs have the potential to stir the unchurched as well as warm the hearts of the saints.
