Short and sweet but oozing with promise is this two track CD single from Tony Mallah, who is currently part of the Harvest Time Church Worship Band. As part of British duo Cortez he released the single "Heaven Knows". This CD opens with the upbeat, guitar driven "God Comes To Town", demonstrating a vocal delivery that reminds me of a combination of Paul Weller and Martyn Joseph. Strongly supported by 'Martin' (guitars) and 'Katie' (vocals), the result is a song that sticks with you. Track two "Living Light", is a much gentler offering with faith-encouraging lyrics supported by the same winning formula. So what does the CD lack? More songs, that's what!
