Over the years this rapper has consistently delivered tracks vibey enough to reach beyond the white boy rap clichés of lesser talents. This latest set, crammed with an amazing 24 tracks, is surely his strongest ever. It's something of a concept album replicating a full day of television watching. For this release, the MC has brought in a pile of top rate guests, with J R, Braille and Da' T.R.U.T.H all bringing powerful contributions. Equally engaging is the vocal hook provided by Group 1 Crew's Manwell and Bianca Reyes on "Firestarter" and the unexpected appearance of Pillar's Rob Beckley on the rock charged "Help Me Change". Particularly memorable are "Adventures Of Tweezyman" (featuring plenty of the rapper's zany humour), "End Of My Rope" and the powerful closer "Dear God". All in all, this is an album which will connect with KJ-52's existing fanbase, although not quite up there with Trip Lee's latest, is still an engaging set from the commercial end of hip-hop.

The sixth album from the popular US rapper.
KJ-52 is back with his astounding new record, “Five-Two Television”. Gathering influence from multiple genres, KJ and a wonder-team of producers have created a fierce sound that shatters all expectations. KJ-52 has become one of the most trusted names in Christian urban music as a songwriter, producer, minister, and comic poet, in spite of many seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Let’s not forget: He is an unabashed follower of Christ, he is white, and he is a rapper. Most have said these things cannot be combined at all, let alone form an equation for success. But KJ has grown more than accustomed to facing his nay sayers head on.
