Reviewed by Kelly Hargie

Pennsylvanian sisters Amber, Sarah and Julia Ross, aka Everlife, are currently cooking up a storm in the US with their debut album, 'Everlife'. One of the tracks featured on this masterfully produced CD, "Lead The Way" went straight to number one on Pittsburgh's top Christian radio FISH. Listening to the songs here it's hard to completely take in that two of the three Ross girls are still mere teenagers. There's definitely an air of maturity about tracks like "Take A Ride" and "I'm Over It", maybe down to the fact that on this first outing for Everlife, the album has been produced by Kevan Cyka (Hillary Duff, Jump5) and Dan Needham (Stacie Orrico, Steven Curtis Chapman). These guys have years of platinum songwriting and studio experience under their belt, so if this album sounded anything less than perfect there'd be a problem. I can see who this album will appeal to (not knocking it) but it's audience appeal wouldn't really stretch beyond the teenage stream. Still it will go down well at youth groups and the likes, and maybe as the girls mature, so will their audience spectrum. Not a bad first album!
