Though she'd probably tell you she's not a diva, trust me, Natalie Grant is a total diva. When I was around her at a TV taping, she was fussy and sang with lots of power - that's a diva! For many people, divas are fun to follow - their lives, their music and a tantrum once in a while makes them interesting to the world, am I right? What really floors me is that Grant is un-diva like with this release, an atmospheric and, at times, abandoned worship celebration. Natalie does not take over this disc - instead of being the star hogging the spotlight, she becomes one of the worship team with "friends" Darwin Hobbs, Israel & New Breed and John Elefante. Surprisingly, the whole arrangement works. What you've got is a funky, fun worship album that blows a lot of other worship albums out of the water. This one's a keeper because the music, singing and spirit behind it all are full of life and energy and joy. Get this disc. It's worth the money.
