Recorded live at the New Birth Cathedral in Atlanta, Georgia, one has no qualms about this minister being described as the Prince of praise and worship, because he amply lives up to the title by delivering the goods. From the opening “Magnify” to the taking-it-to-church colder “Still Say Yes” this delivers the goods. Not happy-clappy, but there’s no doubt you’re in church, where the focus is solely on praising the Lord. This is accentuated powerfully by the magnificent choir and the unambiguous songs sung in a preachy style by the minister. Quite frankly, there isn’t anything else to say, apart from the fact that if you want the church in your living room, this will do the job magnificently. A veritable praise and worship gem.
