Very much a comeback album for the Latin pop star after her poorly received UK recorded 'Beauty Has Grace' set and the first on her own label A'postrophe. The first track "Nothing But Sky" sings of the scars, tears, heartaches and pain of her divorce to find healing and forgiveness so that she can get on with her life set to an utterly singable chorus. Other standout tracks are the delicate worship ballad "Jesus (The Way)" and "A Likely Story", a moving narrative of Velasquez's courtship by her new husband, Nic Gonzales of Salvador. Jaci is joined by her husband on "Por Escrito" though it's the sultry "Tango" which is for me the standout track. A reviewer in CCM magazine rather preposterously suggested that this song was "a bit too daring" but for me any Christian radio station who takes offence from "Tango" is living in cloud cuckoo land. All in all, an enjoyable return to the pop and Latin flavours Jaci does so well.
