Martha Munizzi - No Limits... Live

Here we have a mesmerising fly-through experience of high energy question and answer tracks, with Miss Munizzi asserting herself centre stage and an impressive array of backing vocalists (generously featured full frame), players and technicians working their socks off to deliver perfectly crafted worship and praise. The obligatory glimpses of the auditorium are a perfect foil to the intimacy of the camera, those huge captivated audiences disappearing into the layers of balcony and back stalls. Yet the atmosphere never gets in the way of the performance - it isn't slick, it hasn't been 'tweaked'; it's just an honest record of a wish-you-were-there concert: uninterrupted coverage of the power of the music in sympathetic harmony with the power of the Holy Spirit. This is a gig at which you can sense God is at work in the hearts and lives of those present. Yet it is never intrusive. Of course, it all depends on how this kind of DVD is used. Watched end to end, something happens; eventually we are seeing the same angles, close-ups, cut-aways, natural swipes - visual repeats - but the net effect is that the music, and especially the sentiment, the lyrics, and the message, come to the fore - and if not, why watch? This is for searchers. Come with expectancy. View and be glued.
