If you need a replacement or refund for a product because it is faulty, please contact us first as we will either arrange for the item to be returned at our cost or for it to be replaced without requiring a return. Please don't post faulty goods back to us without contacting us first, as we can't refund you the cost of doing so after we have received them.
Faulty CD/DVD cases. Unfortunately, CD and DVD cases can sometimes be damaged in the post, no matter how securely we pack them. You don't need to return a CD or DVD if the only damage is to the case. Just email or phone us, and we'll send you a replacement case entirely free of charge.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return an item and receive a full refund of your payment (or, if you prefer, a replacement product) up to seven days after receiving it, provided that it is eligible for a refund and the goods are returned in the condition in which they were sold.
To return an unwanted item for a refund or replacement, please package it securely and send it to:

Please include the original dispatch slip (or a copy of it) and a note explaining the reason for the return. Please also state whether you require a refund or a replacement item.
Unwanted items must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were dispatched.
You will be responsible for the full costs of returning the item, unless it is faulty or was delivered in error. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
