Frequently Asked QuestionsHOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? The estimated dispatch time is shown on each product page. The majority of items are kept in stock either here or at our supplier warehouse and can usually be dispatched within 24 hours, but some items may take longer if we need to wait for new stock to arrive. Once posted, items sent to UK addresses should arrive the next day, items sent to European addresses should arrive within five or six days and items sent worldwide should arrive within seven to ten days. However, this is dependent on the performance of the postal service and is not under the control of Cross Rhythms Direct. We will send you an email when your order is dispatched, or if there are any unexpected delays. WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED? Your card will be charged by our payment handler at the time you place your order. This confirms your offer to purchase and the availability of funds to make that purchase. If you cancel your order for any reason prior to dispatch, you will receive a full refund of your payment. I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL - WHY NOT? Provided you gave us a valid email address at the time you placed your order, you will receive an email from us to confirm the order and an email from our payment handlers to confirm your payment. These should normally arrive within a few minutes of the order being placed. If you don't receive either of these, then it could be because you have made a mistake in your email address when typing it. Or, your email software may have mistakenly treated them as spam and filtered them into your junkmail folder. Note regarding "challenge/response" email software. If you use a system designed to intercept unexpected email and require the sender to complete some action (such as following a link in the response email) in order to ensure delivery, then you will not receive any automated emails from Cross Rhythms Direct unless you add us to the permitted senders first. In order to ensure that no messages are lost, you should whitelist all emails from "crossrhythms.co.uk" and "worldpay.com". If you haven't received a confirmation email, you can check the status of your order by phoning us on 01782 251000. WHAT IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN POSTED, BUT DOESN'T ARRIVE? If your order does not arrive within 28 days of posting, please inform us in writing (email or post), quoting your order number, and we will arrange for either a replacement or refund. Please see the contact page for details of how to get in touch with us. CAN I ORDER WITHOUT PAYING OVER THE INTERNET? If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can use a printable order form to post to us along with your payment. Alternatively, you can order by telephone, on 01782 251000. Telephone orders can only be taken during normal office hours. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? You can cancel your order at any time before it's dispatched. Please see the contact page for details of how to get in touch with us. Once your order has been posted, you cannot cancel, but you may be able to return it for a refund. Please see the Terms and Conditions page for full details on returning products. MY CD ARRIVED, BUT THE CASE IS DAMAGED. DO I NEED TO SEND IT BACK FOR REPLACEMENT? If the only damage is to the case, then just call or email (see the contact page for details) and we'll send you a new case. You only need to return the CD if the CD itself is faulty in some way. WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH MY EMAIL ADDRESS? We require an email address in order to process your online payment. Your email address will be used to send you an acknowledgement of your order and payment, followed by notification of dispatch and/or status updates. If you are unable to supply an email address, please place your order by telephone or post. When you place your order, you will also be asked to choose whether to allow us to send you further mailings. If you choose to decline permission, your email address will not be used for any purpose whatsoever after your order is completed, unless you subsequently change your options. If you do opt to allow us to send you further mailings, you will initially be added to our monthly email newsletter and six-monthly postal newsletter mailing lists. You can always change your mailing list subscriptions at any time, either to sign up for new information or to decline further mailings. We will never send unsolicited bulk email ("spam") to your email address - any email we send will always be part of a regular mailing that you have agreed to receive, or in direct connection with your order from Cross Rhythms Direct. We will never pass your email address to any organisation outside Cross Rhythms without your express permission. WHAT DO THE REVIEW RATINGS MEAN? And you may well disagree with us! CAN I SELL MY CDS THROUGH CROSS RHYTHMS DIRECT? If you're a solo artist or in a band which doesn't have a distribution deal through one of our suppliers, then you can sell your CDs through Cross Rhythms Direct via our Independent Artist system. You'll need to send us a copy for review, if you haven't already done so, plus one or more copies for us to sell on sale or return. |
