Ordering and Delivery Information
The Royal Mail recommended last posting date for delivery to UK mainland addresses is Monday 21st December. Provided that products are in stock either here or at our suppliers, orders placed by the morning of Friday 11th December should reach you by Christmas, although we suggest that you order by Wednesday 9th December to minimise the probability of missing the last posting date if any items are temporarily out of stock. But please remember that, as with any mail order service, deliveries may be subject to delays beyond our control. The earlier you order, the more likely you are to get what you want in time!
For Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), the recommended last posting date is Friday 11th December - we suggest ordering no later than Tuesday 1st December.
For the rest of the world, the recommended last posting date is Friday 4th December - we suggest ordering no later than Friday 27th November.
Last Order Processing in 2009
We will continue to post out orders until 5.00pm on Thursday 24th December. We are closed from Christmas Day to New Year's Day, so any orders which are not ready to post by 5.00pm on 24th December will not be posted until the New Year. We're back in the office on Monday 4th January.
If you want to buy a last-minute gift, then why not think about a gift voucher - you can print it off yourself, or send it by email, so it will get there on time even if you only remember on the morning of Christmas Day!
Customer Services and Telesales
The Cross Rhythms office, including Cross Rhythms Direct, will close at 5.00pm on Thursday 24th December and re-open at 9.00am on Monday 4th January. Customer service and telephone sales will be unavailable while the office is closed.
Website orders (other than gift vouchers) placed from 24th December to 3rd January will be processed on 4th January.
